Data Entry Admin (Remote)
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Data Entry Admin to join our remote team. This entry-level position supports daily business operations through accurate data entry, record maintenance, document processing, administrative support, and routine task coordination.
The ideal candidate is comfortable using computers, spreadsheets, email, and digital systems and can complete structured assignments accurately while working independently.

Key Responsibilities
Data Entry & Processing
- Enter and update information in databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
- Transfer information from approved forms and source documents.
- Review entries for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Update existing records with current information.

- Identify missing, duplicate, outdated, or incorrect information.
- Make authorized corrections.

Administrative Support

Data Verification & Quality Control
- Compare entered information with approved source documents.

Task & Workflow Support
